Domestic ground orders are typically shipped within 2 business days via USPS - which usually delivers within 2-3 days for most destinations within the US.  Priority Mail ($10)and Overnight are available for additional charges.

Unfortunately, once a package tracks with USPS as delivered, we cannot be responsible for replacing if stolen or missing.  If you'd like to make sure the package requires your signature for delivery, please email us at the time of your order.

We do ship internationally-

USPS First-Class mail ($18), which can take up to 4 weeks for delivery depending on your location,
International orders may take additional time to ship, so again, let us know if you're in a rush and we'll do our best to accommodate that. 

Also, please understand that, due to the nature of First-Class Mail and international mail in general, it's very difficult to track your international package.  If you feel that it's taking longer than it should to receive your order, contact us at hello@clothshoppe.com to receive your Customs number, which can sometimes be used within your country's mail system to locate your package.  Priority Air and Fedex parcels are able to be tracked, so please use these services if you'd like the extra security.

Unfortunately, we CANNOT be responsible for lost or missing international packages.  All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and packages returned rejected because of tariffs will not be refunded for shipping.


Our policy lasts 14 days.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase date of receipt, items must be in our possession, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Items received within the 14 day window may be eligible for a shop credit upon inspection of items.  

You may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items for a refund within 14 days from date of delivery (trackable from our departments of delivery).   Please contact us at hello@shopcloth.co with your order number if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will help you find a replacement. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 

Acceptable forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or regular Payments all through PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to make purchases.  Afterpay is also available and is the responsibility of the buyer for any incurred fees or credit standing.
